The Baza bavarika is a solution intended for dough coating and before baking so as to obtain the product characteristic golden brown color and aroma.

The base solution can be applied to the product in several ways.

  1. The product is briefly inserted into shock chamber and immersed into solution (required to wear gloves)
  2. By immersing only the formed product into solution
  3. By spraying the product (unless the products are laid on the old steel trays)
  4. The solution is applied on the product by brush.
