Bavarska ražena smeša is intended for the production of dark baked goods. It contains a high percentage of rye flour and products obtained from these mixtures are of very pleasant flavor and slightly sour taste. It is known that rye flour is rich in vitamins B1 and B2, as well as large amounts of magnesium and cadmium.It has a calming effect on the nervous system and is recommended to patients with cardiovascular diseases.
